E84

E84 2009–2015

built on a rear-wheel-drive-derived platform sharing the contemporary 3 Series' N20/N55/N47 range. F48 (2015–2022): moved to the front-wheel-drive UKL2 platform shared with MINI and X2, introducing the B-series family across petrol and diesel, including a 1.5-litre three-cylinder diesel option. U11 (2022–Present): continues the B-series range with a high-output M35i petrol and, from 2023, a plug-in hybrid variant.
