Touran Engines Through the Generations
Touran
The first-generation Touran (Typ 1T, 2003–2015) was the first Volkswagen MPV on the PQ35 platform. Its 2003 launch range included 1.6 FSI and 2.0 FSI petrol units. The 1.4 TSI turbo petrol joined in 2007, followed by the 1.2 TSI replacing the 1.6 MPI at the 2010 facelift.
