The B20DTH 2.0 CDTi "Hot-V" diesel is fitted to Vauxhall Insignia and Astra models from 2015 onwards, featuring a unique turbo packaging arrangement. Replacement demand is driven by timing chain stretch and injector seal degradation on higher-mileage examples, with the "Hot-V" turbo position making in-vehicle repairs more complex.
